Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a hospital construction project in Bournemouth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Health & Safety, expertise in producing Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS), and preferably experience in NHS or hospital build works.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring project milestones are met

• Implement and monitor Health & Safety protocols

• Produce and manage RAMS documentation

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with NHS/hospital build standards (if applicable)

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction

• In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety regulations

• Proficiency in creating and managing RAMS

• Experience in NHS or hospital construction projects (preferred)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Valid CSCS card and relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS)
