Freelance Site Manager Housing Development

Location: Middlesbrough

Role: Freelance Site Manager Housing Site

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a housing development in Middlesbrough.

Responsibilities

• Supervising trades and subcontractors on site

• Ensuring works are delivered on time, safely, and to specification

• Overseeing health & safety compliance and carrying out site inductions

• Monitoring progress and reporting to senior management

• Managing site paperwork and quality checks

Requirements

• Previous experience managing housing projects

• Strong knowledge of H&S regulations

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications preferred

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple trades
