Site Manager required on a commercial new build project in Bedfordshire. . This role will start off as an eight week contract but has the potential going permanent due to the amount of work my client has coming up in the area.As Site Manager you will work alongside a site based Project Manager and will be jointly responsible for the delivery of the project.Number one Site Manager experience delivering new build or refurbishment projects within any sector, good eye for detail, excellent subcontractor management skills, SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.This role is due to start next week but my client is looking to conduct interviews ASAP
