They are looking for someone with a proven track record of managing residential construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. As Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, working closely with our Quantity Surveyor.
- Providing customers with updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite personnel to make sure projects run smoothly.
- Monitoring construction progress, quality, and safety compliance, implementing corrective measures, as necessary.
- Proactively identifying and resolving issues that may arise during construction, maintaining open communication with all stakeholders.
- Visiting other projects to ensure all live projects are meeting the programme and ironing out any issues.
- Ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time while meeting quality standards and client's high expectations.
- Previous experience in the role or similar role in the construction industry, preferably focusing on residential projects and if possible, high net worth projects.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and onsite personnel.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle.
