A reputable, small building contractor specialising in bespoke projects for high-net-worth clients is looking for a Site Manager to oversee construction projects in Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas. Along with a salary of up to £75,000 per annum, you will also receive career progression opportunities. They are looking for someone with a proven track record of managing residential construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. As Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, working closely with our Quantity Surveyor.
• Providing customers with updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite personnel to make sure projects run smoothly.
• Monitoring construction progress, quality, and safety compliance, implementing corrective measures, as necessary.
• Proactively identifying and resolving issues that may arise during construction, maintaining open communication with all stakeholders.
• Visiting other projects to ensure all live projects are meeting the programme and ironing out any issues.
• Ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time while meeting quality standards and client's high expectations.

We're looking for a Site Manager with the following:

• Previous experience in the role or similar role in the construction industry, preferably focusing on residential projects and if possible, high net worth projects.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and onsite personnel.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle.
