Involve Recruitment are in search of a dedicated Site Manager for our client a specialist sub-contractor with long-term work in this area. Site Manager will be expected to oversee the operations at our site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising daily activities to ensure efficient and safe site operations.

Duties:

• Manage and supervise site staff to achieve operational goals
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Oversee site maintenance and repairs
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for site projects
• Monitor site security and address any issues promptly
• Manage site budgets and expenses effectively

Skills:

• Strong client facing ability (essential)
• Roofing experience (preferred)
• Proven experience in managing and supervising teams
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
