Site Manager11kV SubstationsFelixstowe, Suffolk£330-350 per day on an Umbrella CIS or Umbrella PAYE basis12 months+ workReference: J106128We have an immediate requirement for a professional Site Manager to oversee a 11kV substation and cabling construction project in Felixstowe.Scope of work:- Standard HV electric elements such as duct laying, cable installation, concrete bases and chambers up to 2 metres deep- Acting as Main Contractor, supporting the Principle Contractor in the implementation of CDM, planning and quality- Ensuring all works take place in a safe manner- Ensuring work commences as per the RAMS- Ensuring the inspection and testing process is robust and to client satisfaction- Ordering plant and materials, ensuring best value and that the programme is met- Supervising 3 teams of operatives- Monday to Friday 7-5Your experience will be:- Successful prior experience site managing a substation site valued at £500,000 or more- Experience of constructing a substation to UKPN / DNO standards- Knowledgeable in 11kV or 33kV construction To apply please contact Gareth Bone or apply online
