Job Title: Site Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a large commercial development. This role requires expertise in managing envelope and internal packages, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site activities, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee the installation of envelope and internal packages, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety records.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Facilitate effective communication between the site team, project management, and clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on similar construction projects, particularly in managing envelope and internal packages.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
• Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
• First Aid at Work certification is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.

Preferred:

Experience with tier 1 contractors and large-scale commercial projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
