Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Shopfitting Site Manager to oversee and manage a shopfitting project for our client. As the Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of the project, from planning to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of the shopfitting project, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Team Leadership: Supervise on-site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers.
• Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Problem-Solving: Address technical, operational, and commercial issues as they arise.
• Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with the client and project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably in shopfitting or construction projects.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate on-site teams.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with shopfitting processes and materials.
