An exceptional and rare opportunity has arisen for a distinguished No. 1 Site Manager to join a renowned main contractor, celebrated for delivering outstanding projects throughout the Home Counties
The initial project will include a refurbishment of a school in central Hertfordshire.
Ideal skills and qualifications:
- SMSTS Card
- Previous experience within similar educational projects
- First aid Qualified
- Able to identify problems, communicate solutions, and ultimately drive the project to completion to an agreed programme
- Some longevity within previous positions
- Be hands on, boots on site and interacting with the trades and their supervision
