Site Manager Social Housing External Refurbishment / Retrofit

Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a retrofit project under the SHDF reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager

Project:

The scope of works consists of EWI, Windows, roofs and structural cladding (T blocks and brickwork).

Company Overview:

Our client has established itself as one of the largest and most successful providers of social housing schemes in the UK.

Individual:

The successful individual will have previous experience with external packages and tenants in situ. Experience on brickwork would also be an advantage.
