This is a fantastic opportunity for a External biased Site Manager to work for one of the largest UK developers. A very stable and trusted house builder in the market who have been operating for decades delivering high quality projects across the residential sector. This is a developer who have traditional values and very high standards which has kept them at the top of the tree.
You will be a Site Manager, overseeing the full external package from groundworks, RC frame and facade on a 450 unit scheme. The project is at the early stages as of production, having only started this year. You will report into a Project Manager that overlooks the whole project and you will have a team of Managers reporting into you.
The ideal Site Manager for this company will be a true leader with excellent health and safety, management skills, understanding of the whole build process from start to finish, and someone looking to further their career.
Responsibilities for Site Manager:
- Oversee the sub-contractors and labour force, keeping high health & safety standards.
- Achieve a high quality product across 400+ units of RC Frame apartments.
- Keep the project on time and in budget.
- Oversee the build process from start to finish.
Requirements for Site Manager:
- Overseen multiple large projects, must have experience on externals
- Worked on large residential or commercial projects.
- Shown longevity in a number of previous roles.
