The Contractor
The Contractor has many arms to there business within the construction world. As they take on masses of work in the Cladding & Retrofit field they are looking to grow there team and expand their division.
The Position
They are looking for a Site Manager, that is a specialist within the Cladding / Retrofit field. This can be someone from a specialist subcontractor, or even someone from a Main Contracting Background.
The Projects
The projects can value in at anything from 2m - 6m value. There works predominantly is central london, but have won a lot of works in both South & North London
Must have:
At least 5yrs cladding experience, ideally working for a main contractor as a Site Manager.
Good knowledge of RAMS - to liaise with the company in house HSE
Confident, presentable and assertive in client meetings
Excellent with paperwork.
Used to reporting upstream and delivering correct info downstream (head in the details, drawings - lots of checking over and over)
Ideally some time spent (track-record) with previous employers
