As a Site Manager, you will be responsilbe for leading all site teams, ensuring that all projects on a commercial refurbishment basis are completed on time, to budget and to quality demands.

What are we looking for?

• Prior experience working as a Site Manager on a commercial refurbishment project is a MUST.
• SMSTS
• Driving License
• Prior experience working in a wide range of commercial projects including retail, education, hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop site-specific work schedules and ensure resources are available.
• Enforce Health and Safety policies and procedures on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
• Lead, manage, and motivate site personnel and subcontractors.
• Assign tasks and monitor workforce performance.
