Senior Site Manager / No1 for a Main Contractor

18 week Internal and External Refurbishment of an Industrial / Commercial unit and offices in Coventry. Start date 12th August 2024

Reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager once a week.

Contracts Manager will chair client progress meetings with input from Site Manager.

• Responsible for management of construction programme
• Organising sub-contractors, liaising closely with them and coordination with other trades.
• Checking Subcontractors RAMS and issuing any relevant permits
• Liaising with the client.
• Strong adherence to Safety and all associated paperwork
• Ensuring the site is tidy (with use of labourer
• Issuing Contracts Manager with detailed photographic and written reports.

Must possess SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid as a minimum and have experience as No1 on Commercial / Retail / Industrial Refurbishment Project previously

Strong IT Skills.
