A leading contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee external façade projects. You will play a key role in delivering cladding, re-cladding, and external wall insulation (EWI) solutions across various sites in the South of England.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to high-quality standards.
• Oversee health and safety compliance and maintain site records.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address project requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, specifically in cladding, re-cladding, or EWI.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to safety.
• Relevant qualifications in construction/site management (SMSTS, CSCS).
