Your new role
Due to successful bidding, this established fit-out contractor are taking on a range of new projects in the coming months. You will be responsible for overseeing the site team to ensure that the fit-out package is delivered to specification and on time. You will maintain a focus on health & safety and ensuring that works are completed within client budget and deadlines. You must possess a good level of communication and an excellent technical ability. You will be required to deliver daily briefings and liaise with the senior management team to ensure all aspects of the package are delivered accordingly.

You will join a fast-paced operation that take pride in delivering unique interior fit-out packages for a number of long-standing clients. You will be a driven leader, with the ability to lead the team and ensure an efficient project is carried out. With Fit-Out being an extremely fast-paced environment, you will be required to ensure high levels of productivity to ensure that there are minimal delays in the process. You will be required to have a flexible attitude to travelling with projects based across the UK & Ireland. Furthermore, you must hold a valid CSR Site Supervisor Card, CSCS, or SMSTS training certificate.
