Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) contractors and subcontractors on a dedicated site in Dunfermline. The ideal candidate will have a background in Facilities Management (FM) and a proven track record in managing on-site operations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth coordination of all M&E contractors and subcontractors.

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that may arise.

Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and management teams.

Oversee quality control and ensure all installations and maintenance activities meet the required standards.

Manage and report on project progress, providing updates to senior management.

Implement and uphold best practices in Facilities Management.
Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience as a Site Manager within M&E or construction environments.

Strong background in Facilities Management is preferred.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
