Location: Powys, working in Shropshire also.
Salary: Up to £55K.
We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to join the company and assist in managing a civils and groundworks package based in Powys & Shropshire.
RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START
Site Manager
Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety.
• Keeping site diaries.
• Ammending and working to RAMS.
• Quality Assurance.
• Managing the labour and putting men to work.
• Providing progress reports.
• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing plant and operations. Site Manager
Requirements:
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First aid
• Experienced in managing groundworks projects for specialist contractors.
