Role Overview:
Position: Site Manager
Location: Camden Town, London
Rate: 220- 290 per day (DOE)
Project: High-end / Super prime residential
Duration: 12 months
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
-Overseeing daily site operations, ensuring smooth progress and high standards
-Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
-Ensuring strict adherence to health & safety regulations
-Managing project timelines, budgets, and quality control
-Communicating effectively with clients, architects, and project stakeholders
-Resolving any on-site issues to maintain project momentum
Requirements:
-Proven experience managing high-end residential projects
-Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
-Excellent knowledge of construction processes and quality control
-SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
-Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
