Job Opportunity: Site Manager (Holiday Cover)
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Duration: 4 Weeks (Holiday Cover)
Project: New Build Industrial Unit
Start Date: Mid July

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 4-week holiday cover on a new build industrial unit project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth project progress
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain high standards of quality and adherence to the construction programme
• Communicate effectively with the project team and report to the Contracts Manager

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering new build industrial unit projects (essential)
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills
