Site Manager - Externals Leeds, West Yorkshire Large Regional Contractor £50k - £65k + Car / allowance + Benefits We are recruiting on behalf of a prominent regional contractor, they are seeking to add an ambitious Site Manager to oversee piling and reinforced concrete works on a prestigious large-scale residential development in Leeds This role offers the opportunity to lead a vital section of a high-profile project, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in piling or RC frame/core works, coupled with a proactive approach and a passion for site management The ideal candidate will have;

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within piling or reinforced concrete works
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and quality standards
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Experience managing large residential construction projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ambition and desire to develop within a high-profile project
• Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors
