We are seeking a proactive Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of an industrial refurbishment project. You will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of site operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily site coordination and supervision

Ensure compliance with health & safety standards

Monitor subcontractor performance and site progress

Maintain site records and reports

Support quality control and snagging processes
Requirements:

Experience in industrial or commercial refurbishment

Knowledge of construction health & safety regulations
-
CSCS card (essential), SMSTS/SSSTS (preferred)

Strong organisational and communication skills

Experience in Commercial/Industrial Construction is a distinct advantage
