Job Title: Site Manager - External Cladding Project

Location: Pembroke

Start Date: July 2025

Contract Type: Temporary (with potential for extension)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an upcoming external cladding project based in Pembroke, commencing in July 2025. This is a key leadership role, responsible for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring that the project runs smoothly, safely, and to schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall management of the site, coordinating subcontractors and site operatives

• Ensuring works are delivered to specification, on time and within budget

• Managing site health and safety in line with company and legal standards

• Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintaining daily site records

• Liaising with project managers, suppliers, and external stakeholders

• Ensuring quality control and resolving any on-site issues as they arise

Requirements:

• Proven experience in site management, ideally within external cladding or similar projects

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and proactively manage site activities
