Site Manager / Senior Site Manager - Grade Listed (Residential) - Portsmouth

Our client are a nationwide, family run contractor who specialise in refurbishment / new build projects, converting Grade Listed, beautiful buildings into luxury residential dwellings.

They are seeking a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager to join them on a wonderful project in Portsmouth, where they are converting a well known building in the area into luxury apartments and extra care.

You will be managing the foundations, drainage and brickwork subbies, reporting to a Project Manager and supported with another Site Manager who is managing the internals.

Requirements
- Based local to Portsmouth
- 5+ years experience
- Experience managing
- Experienced on external / civils packages on build projects

Remuneration
- Up to £65,000 per annum
