Search Tech is excited to announce an opening for a Site Manager on behalf of our National Waste Management client. This role is crucial for overseeing and managing site operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise site operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Implement operational strategies and best practices.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Oversee resource allocation and site safety measures.
• RDF, SRF, MRF, MBT, PRF or Recycling Site management experience required

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• COTC or Wamitab - Expected
