Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Role Overview: My client is seeking a dedicated Site Manager, specialising in residential and refurbishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects, adhering to high-quality standards, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, including scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee all aspects of the construction process, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Supervise and motivate on-site teams to achieve project milestones and quality objectives.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, architects, and stakeholders to address any concerns and ensure project specifications are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of craftsmanship and in accordance with building regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction projects, preferably in high-end properties.
  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme), SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), and First Aid certifications are essential.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and build collaborative relationships.
  • A track record of loyalty and commitment to previous employers, demonstrating stability in job tenure.
  • Sound knowledge of building and joinery techniques
