Job Title: Site Manager - Residential Construction

Location: Spalding

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain efficient workflow.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
• Regularly inspect work progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and resolutions.
• Manage personnel on site, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure a cohesive and productive team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of general house build standards and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Adept at problem-solving and making informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.
• Construction-related qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
