Search Consultancy are looking for experienced Site Manager for an immediate start in Manston, Ramsgate, Kent.

• Up to 10 hours per day
• Refurbishment project
• 16 plots

Duties will include liaising with clients, contractors, sub-contractors, and members of the public, supervision of direct employee's sub-contractors, and agency staff, buying of materials, monitor costs and project progress, conducting quality tests and safety inspections, and all associated tasks as required.Candidates will require:

• A valid black CSCS card / NVQ 6 or 7 qualification
• A valid SMSTS certificate or SSSTS certificate
• A valid First Aid at Work certificate
• Own PPE
• The relevant residential refurbishment experience
• Valid references
