Future Build Recruitment are currently looking for a experienced and dedicated Site Manager to oversee our clients roofing projects in Berkshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social housing refurbishment. This would be to work with local authority and housing association clients. This role requires managing multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all on-site activities for roofing projects, from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project progress, prepare progress reports, and address any issues that may arise.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage project budgets, control costs, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Schedule and supervise subcontractors and site personnel.
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that may occur on site.
• Provide excellent customer service, maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the roofing industry.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and construction methods.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
• Full UK driving license.
