BMS require a "Mobile" Site Manager based in the South London area managing various sites around the South London area.

Project values will be in the range of 10k to 150k and predominantly building fabric and roofing works.

You will need to be versed in building fabric and roofing work, main duties are below but not limited too,

• Review and control of project works on a visiting brief, they will be allocated a number of projects.
• H&S compliance on allocated sites
• Management of suppliers
• Programme management
• Production of weekly H&S and progress report
• Report to either the Project Supervisor or Programme manager

You must have a current SMSTS/SSSTS & 1st Aid Certificate
