Senior Site Manager / No1 for a Main Contractor

30 + week Internal and External Refurbishment of a 330,000 sq. Ft. Industrial / Commercial unit and offices in Wolverhampton. Circa £3M contract Value (D & B)

Start date 12th August 2024

Reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager once a week.

Contracts Manager will chair client progress meetings with input from Site Manager.

• Responsible for management of construction programme.
• Organising sub-contractors, liaising closely with them and coordination with other trades.
• Checking Subcontractors RAMS and issuing any relevant permits
• Liaising with the client.
• Strong adherence to Safety and all associated paperwork• Ensuring the site is tidy (with use of labourer)
• Issuing Contracts Manager with detailed photographic and written reports.

Must possess SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid as a minimum

Must have previous experience running Commercial / Industrial / Retail refurbishment projects

Need to posses good IT Skills.
