Site Supervisor / Manager - Lincoln (Short-Term Contract)
18th July - 8th August
Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

We're currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Manager (SMSTS) with First Aid certification for a short-term project based in Lincoln, LN2.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a small, focused site operation over a 3-week period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and secure the site daily - disarming/re-engaging security systems
• Oversee a small team of stonemasons carrying out perimeter wall repairs following tree removal
• Liaise with a specialist subcontractor undertaking minor drainage works (if required)
• Ensure health & safety standards are maintained throughout
• Manage daily activity and ensure work progresses to schedule

Requirements:

• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• Proven site supervision experience, ideally in heritage or external repair work
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Available for the full duration: 18th July - 8th August
