Position: Site Supervisor (Office Fit-Out) Salford Quays

Rate: Neg/shift based on experience

We are currently seeking a reliable Site Supervisor to support the Senior Site Manager on a high-quality office fit-out project in Salford Quays. This is a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining site standards when the Site Manager is off-site.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Site Manager with daily site operations and coordination of trades.
• Take responsibility for the site when the Senior Site Manager is absent.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and site cleanliness.
• Monitor progress and quality of subcontractor work.
• Report updates and issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) Essential
• Valid CSCS Card Essential
• First Aid at Work Certification Essential
• Proven experience on commercial fit-out or similar projects.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
