Small Works Project Manager
Your new company
You will be joining an SME contractor who specialise in the residential sector, working on both social housing projects and high-end projects. They have been running since 2017 and are now looking to expand the team due to a growth in projects and a strong future pipeline.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing all internal multi-traders and tradespeople within the social housing section of the business. Working alongside a tier 1 contractor on voids and disrepair projects across Central and South East London. You will be delegating work, managing the programme and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget. You will be reporting straight to the Construction Director.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you need to have experience working in a social housing environment, be comfortable looking after circa 20 employed-trades people and the ability to manage multiple small-scale projects at once.
You must have a valid CSCS (Black or Gold) SMSTS, First Aid, Driving Licence and own vehicle.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will be offered a competitive daily rate outside IR35 with the potential to move into a permanent position in 3 months if preferred with full salary and package to be discussed.
