As the Software Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a team of four developers, guiding them in the development of hardware extraction layers and driving the creation of our proprietary engine. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in C++ and, preferably, experience with Python. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to revolutionary advancements in the fields of audio and neuroscience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 4 developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Oversee the development of hardware extraction layers to enhance the performance and capabilities of our products.
• Drive the design and implementation of the company's engine, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and robustness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and research, to align engineering efforts with business goals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met throughout the development process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in software engineering with a strong focus on C++. Familiarity with Python is a plus.
• Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably leading teams in complex software projects.
• Solid understanding of audio processing and neuroscience concepts is advantageous.
