We're building a brand new Software Engineering function from scratch. We need several Software Engineering Managers to lead our new teams to create new digital services for our customers.
Responsibilities:
This is a hands-on role, you will spend approximately 70-80% of your time writing code, the remainder managing, leading agile ceremonies, and mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications:
You'll need to be;
- Fluent in JavaScript or C# (ideally both but at least one, and competent in the other)
- Fluent with SQL (preferable T-SQL)
- Experienced with AWS/Azure
