Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
• Support process definition and improvement activities, deployment and training across the Propulsion software teams.
• Define and maintain software process and project metrics, to enable engineering decisions
• Contribute to the Propulsion Controls Integration Body of Knowledge by maintaining communications regarding processes and methods.
• Collaborate with other Engineering teams to develop and maintain best practice.
• Ensures processes meet applicable compliance standards and frameworks.
• Analyse reports and metrics to identify programme risks and issues.
• Generate innovative ideas for process or tools improvements.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
• Experience in defining and applying project or process metrics for automotive software.
• Practical experience of software or system engineering processes & methods.
• Familiar with Automotive SPICE or ISO 26262.
• Knowledge of automotive software, calibration and networks.
