Solutions Architect (Salesforce)

Position: Solutions Architect (Salesforce).
Location: London Hybrid working 1 day a week in the office the rest remote.
Salary: c£80,000 - £85,000 plus 30 days leave, excellent pension, flexitime and other benefits
Duration: Full time permanent post.

About the Role: Reporting to: Head of Enterprise Architecture

• Strategic Influence: Play a pivotal role in guiding the development and management of a diverse portfolio of solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Technical Leadership: Offer subject matter expertise in Integration, architectural, and technical domains, driving the delivery of enterprise architecture capability across the client.
• Business Acumen: Deeply understand the client's goals, objectives, and business outcomes, ensuring that technology solutions are in sync with business needs and architectural standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate Business Strategy: Convert business drivers into architectural blueprints, ensuring alignment with the client's targeted outcomes.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Understand emerging technology trends and their practical applications to evolving business models.
• Lead Solutions Design: Oversee the design and implementation of solutions architecture across various business applications.
• Orchestrate Solutions Delivery: Ensure solutions architecture compliance and guide the evolution of the enterprise application portfolio.
• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with product and project managers, ensuring alignment with the overall enterprise architecture.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven Expertise: 5+ years in Solutions Architecture with experience in Middleware, information architecture, and application development. Ideally, with experience in Salesforce
• Cloud Mastery: Proficiency in Public Cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.
• Tech-Savvy: Knowledge in SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, microservices, and more.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to understand both the "big picture" and intricate details of situations.
• Excellent Communicator: Articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical Mind: Solve business problems creatively and propose innovative solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Degree. TOGAF certification a plus.
