Role Overview
As Solutions Consultant you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering tailored IT solutions that address the unique needs and challenges of our small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients. With a focus on innovation, efficiency, and client satisfaction, you will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust, scalable, and future-proofed technology solutions.
A key member of the Solutions team, you will act as a trusted advisor to our SME clients, leveraging your technical expertise and industry knowledge to understand their business objectives, IT infrastructure, and pain points. By conducting in-depth consultations and needs assessments with our team of account managers, you will develop solution designs that align with client goals and leverage the latest technologies and best practices. From cloud migrations and infrastructure modernisation to digital transformation initiatives, you will lead the development of solutions that empower our clients.
Your responsibilities will encompass the pre-sales development lifecycle and implementation of those solutions. You will work closely with our account management and installations teams to support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations. Once a solution is approved, you will work closely with the installations team during the implementation process, advising and consulting to help ensure the seamless delivery of the projects.
Beyond this, you will also play a key role in fostering ongoing client engagement and satisfaction. By conducting regular meetings and check-ins, you will gather feedback, assess evolving needs, and identify opportunities for additional services or enhancements. Your dedication to client success and your ability to build strong, lasting relationships will be instrumental in driving client retention and loyalty.
In addition to client-facing responsibilities, you will contribute to internal initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. By staying abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, you will help to shape our service offerings and ensure that we remain at the forefront of innovation in the managed services industry.
