The EU, APAC & MENA Hazardous WasteProgram Manager will support the Global Environmental ProgramManager with the development of hazardous waste programs in the EU,APAC and MENA that support our stakeholders in the field to executethe programs efficiently and compliantly. This role will workclosely with the EAP Field Team, Ops, Global EAP Training and AuditPM, Global EAP EMIS PM, and the global Field customers to ensurethat the designed programs will meet the needs of each stakeholdergroup. This role requires the ability to communicate technicalconcepts to audiences with varying backgrounds and experience.Additionally, this role may assist with working with consultants ortechnical teams to resolve hazardous waste program barriers,ensuring customers have a positive experience with internal toolsand resources, and coordinating streamlined access to processmaterial. This individual will focus on implementing scalable andsustainable solutions for managing hazardous waste compliance inthe environmental field.
Key jobresponsibilities
• Develop and support country specifichazardous waste programs that are user-friendly, accessible andaccurate and remove barriers for successful programs
•Develop and monitor business/geographical performance againstapplicable key performance indicators
• Think big todevelop, integrate, and implement standardized tech and programsolutions to increase compliance while reducing burden on associateworkload
• Supervise consultants hired to deliverspecific products within the implementation of the activities ofwaste projects.
• Provide technical support to regionalenvironmental teams; monitor and evaluate performance of wasteservice providers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - A completedBachelor's Degree in chemistry, chemical or environmentalengineering or related field of study
- Broad knowledgeof EU and EU country specific hazardous waste regulations, programsand processes
- Experience leading change in multiplesite environments (travel up to 25%) and the ability to influencethose that are not direct reports or within yourorganization
- Excellent written and verbal communicationskills, including comfort interfacing with Sr. Managers andDirectors
- Strong analytical skills with demonstratedproblem solving ability
PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS - A completed Master's Degree inchemistry, chemical or environmental engineering or related fieldof study
- Experience in a fast paced, changing/growingorganization is a plus
- Experience implementing leanprinciples and process improvement in an operationalenvironment
- Experience influencing senior leaderswithout authority
