Job Title: Street Works Supervisor

Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Street Works Foreman to oversee and manage our street works projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction and a proven track record of successfully leading teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise street works projects from initiation to completion
• Manage and lead a team of construction workers, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Interpret project plans and specifications, ensuring work is completed according to quality standards
• Schedule and coordinate equipment, materials, and manpower to meet project deadlines
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the construction team
• Keep accurate records of project progress, materials used, and any issues encountered

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Street Works Foreman or similar role in civil construction
• In-depth knowledge of street works regulations, standards, and best practices
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Education:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
