Supply Quality Engineer required for a client based in The Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring key and critical vendors, flagging potential delivery and quality issues as part of our Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) approach.
• Aligning with Project Quality Manager to ensure all relevant qualification criteria related to quality compliance and delivery performance are included in the SQA.
• Identifying and overseeing corrective actions, escalating issues to the relevant internal stakeholders when necessary.
• Strategically planning and executing risk-based field surveys and/or supplier qualification audits.
• Responsible for (project) Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) including FAT planning, FAT coordination and (arranging) FAT execution and reporting.
• Ensures that all preconditions are met for executing a FAT e.g. FAT protocol available, stakeholders invited, Subject Matter Experts arranged, etc.
• Acts as single point of contact during field surveys, audits and FAT's and effectively manage stakeholders.
• Perform verification and validation with the technical specifications and/or customer requirements during the FAT including administration of non-conformities.
• Follow up on actions, non-conformities, and rectifications resulting from the FAT, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support the Desk Expeditor with monitoring, expediting, and reporting on hardware and/or delivery dates, arranging transport and shipping of goods.

Requirements:

• Five years relevant experience in a relevant Engineering, Production, Commissioning (EPC) environment.
• Experience with compliance and quality processes in a technical production environment and in working with supply chain applications and tools.
• Knowledge of production, quality processes or in the field of auditing, quality inspections and non-destructive inspections.
• Good command of the Dutch and English language both written and verbal.
• Awareness of business travel or working abroad.
• Available and willing to frequently travel internationally to our supplier's locations.
