As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for a leading a diverse and multi-functional team, Specialising in Banking live servicing products in delivering great customer experience in every interaction. The role will be based in Glasgow office combined with home working. What you will be doing? Actively driving colleague experience results and supporting colleague development and succession planning Recognising & rewarding great work demonstrated by our people Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills. Build a coaching first culture which supports team s growth and development through active Coaching journeys and objective setting. Create a culture of high productivity, to ensure your team operates efficiently and is focused on servicing our customers. Deliver outputs from Audit monitoring and risk reviewsIs this you? Experience in working within Regulated governance such as FCA, MCOB etc. Ability to inspire and engage others within wider team through strong communication & influencing skills Live servicing of banking products, credit card and loans with Team Manager experience Support project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives Have awareness of how to maximise business KPI opportunities Understand how to utilise motivators within you team to achieve a common goal / vision / business objectives Time management/organisational skills ability to manage/prioritise workloads Ability to inspire and engage others within wider team through strong communication & influencing skills Collaborate with various departments & support functions to achieve success
