About the role of Technical Manager
This is an excellent opportunity for a Design/ Technical Manager to work for one of the UKs most prestigious residential developers on a major new build scheme in Northwest London which delivers circa 3000 units split over numerous phases. This role will be site based reporting to a Senior Technical Manager but also offers a good level of flexible working.
Requirements for the Technical Manager role
- Experience working in a Design/ Technical Management role with a main contractor or developer
- Experience working on large residential projects
- Experience with RC frame projects
