Technical Manager

Trevett Services have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Manager to join a leading FM & building services provider in Farnborough.

You will play a vital part in providing technical leadership, management, and development, ensuring technical commitments are met and exceeded.

This is a full time permanent role, paying up too 75,000 per annum in addition to a car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities of the Technical Manager:

• Support the Campus/Building Manager in ensuring the CERMTM methodology is embedded across the campus and demonstrate compliance
• Ensure that all Engineers are trained and competent to carry out their role and there are adequate APs available to operate the sites
• Provide technical support in all aspects of contract, including shutdowns, Projects, Mock drills and day to day advice,
• Technical Liaison for All site team, clients and Apprentices, to aid technical development.
• Coaching and mentoring members of the operational team

Essential experience the Technical Manager would need:

• Previously worked in a critical environment
• 5 years as a HV AP
• Data centre experience is highly desirable.
