ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider, assisting them with the search for a Telecoms Engineer on a contract basis.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Delivery Manager and infrastructure/systems team to deploy telecoms project.
• Stage poly edge and DECT phones plus installing and testing
• Set up ring groups, call groups, voicemail, auto attendance & softphone accounts

Skills/Experience:

• 3/4 years 2nd/3rd line support experience
• Experience working with Avaya or Poly System (DECT Phones)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
