As a Therapy Lead, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading and developing the Therapy service, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Collaborating with the Director of Care to drive service development and make informed decisions.
- Providing expert clinical advice and maintaining a specialist caseload.
- Actively participating in service development to meet user and stakeholder needs.
- Working within the interdisciplinary Brain Injury Services team.
The Therapy Lead role comes with a comprehensive package, including:

- At least 2 years of experience in neurology, Neuro Rehab, MSK or Psychology, with 2 years as a Band 7 therapist.
- Ideally have Expertise in complex respiratory management, including tracheostomy weaning.
- Experience in team leadership and service improvement projects.
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Psychologist.
