Purpose of the Role

Working with the key stakeholders across Savills Workforce + team', to oversee the use of Timegate and develop how Timegate is utilised to enable it to be used to its full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Setting up New Properties

1. Make sure new employees (new starters /TUPE staff) are set up in cascade correctly to enable the employment data to transfer to Timegate via the cascade link.
2. Set up new properties In Timegate to include Property Hierarchy - Branch, Site Card, creation of SIN number, Geofence, setting up of users, setting overtimes and bank holiday rules and delivery of training as required
3. Set up Function roles and cloud admin

Cascade / Timegate link

1. Ensure the Cascade report is kept updated with all staff that need to be migrated into Timegate
2. Working with internal stakeholders and the Cascade and Timegate development teams to make sure the absence report from Cascade reflects accurately in Timegate. Working to address any issues that there are.
3. Working with key internal stakeholders, develop the payroll reporting functionality within Timegate .

Functionality of Timegate

1. Oversee and manage the use of Timegate across the portfolio of properties
2. Review current use of Timegate and identify smarter ways of operating the system
3. Set up the 'Available to Work' functionality and work with the different workstreams to introduce across the portfolio.
4. Develop the Insights reporting module to deliver reporting to support Area Managers in their role.
5. Develop the Employment portal and drive use of the portal by keeping the portal updated with new material and using it as a communication tool.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Good working knowledge of Timegate including the Time and Attendance, Employment portal, Insights and payroll modules
• Minimum 3 years experience of working with Timegate
• Project management
• Good IT skills
• Good speaking listening skills
• Excellent customer service delivery

Working Hours - 09:00 to 17:30 with flexibility as required by the role
