James Grace Technical are proudly working with an industry leading company specialising in tool making and design. Our client is dedicated to delivering high quality injection mould tools across the UK and Ireland. The right candidate will thrive at continuously improving the tool room, upskilling their team and maintaining a clean/tidy toolroom.

Benefits:

• Flexible working system in place normal operating hours run 8am-5pm Monday-Thurs and Early finish on Friday.
• Salary Negotiable depending on the candidates skills and experience.

Skills & Experience:

• A strong technical background in the plastics and tooling industry is essential.
• People management and organisational skills are a large part of the role.

• An excellent level of attention to detail is required in all areas of the job and the successful candidate must take a real pride in the work the company is producing.
• Experience in interpreting engineering drawings both 2D and 3D is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in the manufacturing and design sector.
• Strong knowledge of tool design, mould flow, and DFM.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with both customers and internal teams.
• Experience with CNC and EDM machining processes.
• Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standard
