I am thrilled to recruit a Workday HRIS Business Partner for an outstanding commercial business based in London. The role will focus on Workday and will support the HRIS Manager within the wider backdrop of HR technology. You will work within a team sat in the UK and across the globe, working on upgrades, roll outs, and system maintenance for the global (EMEA, APAC, and UK) function. The Workday HRIS Business Partner assumes a pivotal role in the continuous improvement of Workday and the enhancement of the employee experience, ensuring alignment with business priorities and the functional roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the evolution of Business's Year-end and Reward planning cycle in collaboration with the Reward and global team.
  • Facilitate communication between global and regional projects to ensure cohesive changes and prevent duplication of effort.
  • Articulate the potential benefits of Workday enhancements to internal partners, elucidating process improvements and supporting the creation of training materials.
  • Offer 2nd and 3rd line support/escalation for system queries when necessary.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll teams, and third-party partners to compile detailed requirements for system improvements and new technology development.
  • Co-own the delivery and prioritization of Change Requests, delivering impact analysis and designing solutions.
  • Act as a Workday Subject Matter Expert, advocating solutions that consider a broad business perspective when conceptualizing system or process changes.
  • Proactively pinpoint opportunities for present and future system enhancements in HR, quantifying associated business benefits.
  • Assess and refine routine tasks within the system to facilitate optimization.
  • Analyse external market trends and internal HR data to furnish insights for refining the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to scrutinize Workday insights and make decisions informed by data to augment user experience.
  • Contribute to the development and co-ownership of a governance framework for Change Requests and Data Governance.
  • Stay abreast of Workday innovations, presenting them to the HRIS Team as user stories for validation and expansion.
  • Support data cleanse sprints related to Personal Information and Governance, working with People Services and Audit to craft a data governance framework across Workday and Risk Management.
  • This full-time position, situated in London, operates with a hybrid working pattern.
  • Cultivate an open mindset and deep curiosity, fostering inclusivity and a psychologically safe work environment.
  • Possess technical and functional expertise in Workday.
  • Experience within a global organization is advantageous.
  • Workday certification or training is considered beneficial.
  • Familiarity with other HR systems beyond Workday, such as TA systems and workforce management, is desirable.

The role offers a competitive pay of £65,000 to £70,000 p.a. + bonus. You will work hybrid, in London and from home, and be comfortable with working to tight deadlines.
